* lisp/xt-mouse.el: Drop spurious/oddly shaped events.
(xterm-mouse--read-event-sequence-1000): Return nil if something looks fishy.
(xterm-mouse-event): Propagate it.
(xterm-mouse-translate-1): Handle it.
